Today was our 2nd healthy lifestyle session ~ We discussed the importance of good nutrition and ways to sustain a healthy balanced diet. We looked at the Sunnah foods our Prophet Muhammad pbuh ate and learned of the great benefits of fasting.

We should try to eat with our families and make make meal times – ‘family time’ in our homes insha’Allah.
